I didn’t expect to catch this moment today, but this sums up that balance of motherhood, holding the weight of responsibilities and also trying to take care of yourself and do what brings you joy. Some days are super challenging and others are so sweet. It hasn’t always been easy since being a mom to put myself first but I work on it everyday so that I can also show up for him with my best self. Wouldn’t change any of the growing pains because it’s lead me here ♥️ very grateful for these sweet moments. And grateful for Cricket always lounging in the background 🐾

This sweet boy letting me work with him post frenectomy 🤍 these are some of my favorite sessions with newborns, helping them pre & post tongue/cheek/lip release, latching with bottles or with mom, GI issues and releasing tension in the body.

Popping in here to say hi & happy new year friends!

It’s been a whirlwind with the holidays, creating the body care products and transitioning my work to Snohomish & in-home visits in the greater Seattle area.

For the new year I’ve been trying to manifest this slowing down lifestyle I guess you could call it. Essentially not putting another thing on my plate for a while, and letting things unfold the way they need to. Starkly different than the ‘yes, I’ll do it’ mentality or the control I *try* to have over things sometimes. I can’t give you an update yet on how it’s going because I’m still learning what it looks like for me. But so far it’s felt good not only to be more present for my friends and family, but to also feel more grounded while working with clients.

I’m curious what other people are trying to manifest in 2025?

Many people have asked why I started this line and it truly stemmed from my creative brain needing a new project to work on, but it was also to create a product that I was proud of using and providing for clients.

Something good for sensitive skin, not overpowering with smell, natural ingredients, something that absorbs quickly and easily without leaving a greasy feeling, and something with high benefits for the tissues of the body.

That’s where Simple Butter was born. It’s still in its baby stage but something I’m so happy is on the shelf in my studio.

To learn more about the benefits of Arnica and all of the nourishing ingredients in our body butter, you can visit our website!

Here is where you can also schedule for pick up / drop off or reach out with any questions.

Happy Saturday ✨ I hope everyone gets a reset during this holiday season.

And big shout out to this mama who is about to have her baby any day now. I’m always honored to be part of people’s care during many changes.
