Our bodies will hold that stress as trauma. We call this subluxation. That's what the 99 out of 100 babies were tested for... Something called somatic dysfunction. The nervous system is so complex… but it’s also simple. 😌
Ages 0-3 are when kids rely most on co-regulation! They need us to help keep them calm and regulated. When we choose how we respond, they react.
