As of 22 Oct 2026, the 412 MDG Immunizations Clinic does not currently have the 2026-2027 Influenza Vaccine. When it becomes available, information will be released about upcoming vaccination lines. If you would like to receive it off base, below is the link to search for network pharmacies nearby that accept TRICARE and are covered at no cost:

💊Pharmacy Operational Update: Manning Shortages & Service Guidelines

Due to critical manning shortages, the 412th Medical Group Pharmacy is currently experiencing longer in-person wait times and extended phone hold times. Our team remains committed to dispensing all medications safely and accurately, and we thank our community for your patience and understanding.

To minimize delays and keep operations moving as smoothly as possible, please utilize the following procedures:

🔹On-Base Provider Prescriptions: No activation is required. Prescriptions will be ready in approximately one hour.

🔹Off-Base Provider Prescriptions: Call (661) 277-2052 to activate your prescription prior to pickup.

🔹Prescription Refills: Request refills before you run out of medication using the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or by calling (661) 277-9896. Please allow three duty days for processing.

The 412th Medical Group was proud to take part in Military Retiree Appreciation Day on Saturday! 🇺🇸

Our Dental, Pharmacy, and T**A teams hosted booths to connect with retirees, answer questions, and share information. CMSgt Alfaro, the Med Group’s senior enlisted leader, also spoke at the event and called our retirees the “GOAT” — the greatest of all time!

Med Group members of all ranks volunteered their Saturday to help make the day special.

To our retirees: thank you for your service and for the example you continue to set. It was a privilege to spend the day with you. 💙

🐾 OCTOBER VETERINARY WELLNESS APPOINTMENTS

This announcement is to inform you that we have a limited number of wellness appointments available for the month of October. A wellness appointment may entail general services such as physical exams, vaccinations, HW testing, microchipping etc. Reminder, we can only offer appointments to active-duty service members or full retirees. Please be advised that we do not currently have adequate personnel to offer “sick” appointments at this time. We hope to be able to offer such services in the future.
If you are requesting an appointment, you must be registered with the Veterinary Treatment Facility, you can request this packet at our office, via email or phone. As a reminder, service members who are residing on base and have a personally owned animal should be registered with the Veterinary Treatment Facility. Please also be prepared to provide the most recent vaccinations for your pet, this will be required prior to your appointment and is required when registering your pet.
