APN's Lee Fox was proud to co-host Beyond the Diagnosis: a dinner presentation in Naples, Florida, centered on an important conversation about looking beyond a diagnosis to better understand the whole person and the possibilities for healing.

We were honored to collaborate with a Neurologist from Aqualane Clinical Research & Lifeskills South Florida to explore emerging and innovative approaches in behavioral health, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT).

The evening brought together thoughtful clinicians and professionals for meaningful dialogue around expanding treatment options, advancing care, and creating more personalized paths to recovery.

At APN, we believe the future of behavioral healthcare is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and seeing the person beyond the diagnosis.

For some individuals, traditional approaches to mental health treatment may not provide the progress they're looking for. A different approach can help create new opportunities for healing.

At APN Lodge, ketamine-assisted therapy (KAT) combines ketamine treatment with psychotherapy to help eligible clients work through mental health symptoms and barriers in a supported clinical setting.

Rather than viewing ketamine as a standalone solution, our approach integrates it into the therapeutic process. Ketamine can help foster deeper engagement during therapy, while concurrent psychotherapy helps clients process insights and work toward meaningful, long-term change.

Ketamine-assisted therapy may be considered for individuals navigating treatment-resistant depression and, when clinically appropriate, conditions such as PTSD, OCD, and generalized anxiety disorder.

The Accelerated Deep TMS Protocol is now available at APN Denver. This FDA-cleared protocol for adults with treatment-resistant major depressive disorder condenses the acute phase of a traditional six-week deep TMS treatment course into just six treatment days. Sessions last less than 10 minutes, offering a more efficient option for individuals seeking faster symptom relief or who have limited availability for an extended treatment schedule.

APN Denver is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in Aurora, Colorado. This role combines clinical expertise with hands-on leadership, overseeing nursing operations while mentoring staff and collaborating across disciplines to continuously strengthen patient care.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Holds a current RN license, BLS certification, and CPR/AED certification
• Has at least 3–5 years of acute care nursing experience and prior Charge Nurse experience
• Brings at least two years of experience as a Nurse Manager, Nursing Supervisor, or in a similar leadership role
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills

Responsibilities include:
• Leading, mentoring, training, and evaluating nursing staff
• Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, clinicians, and interdisciplinary treatment teams
• Overseeing nursing operations, patient care processes, documentation, medication protocols, and compliance
• Developing policies, strategic goals, and initiatives that strengthen quality and patient safety
• Supporting infection control, crisis intervention, resource planning, and continuous improvement
