People think bringing your child to work means they’ll help out.

Reality? They find the one thing they’re not supposed to touch and turn it into a playground. 😂

Today, my 12-year-old son spent more time playing with my aesthetic chair than I think some of my clients do.

Being a single mom means balancing a lot of roles—business owner, nurse, chauffeur, chef, homework helper, and everything in between. Some days that balance looks polished and organized. Other days it looks like answering emails while your kid is testing the limits of a treatment chair.

And honestly? I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Building a business while raising a family isn’t always easy, but moments like these remind me why I work so hard. My kids get a front-row seat to what perseverance, dedication, and chasing your dreams looks like.

Even if they’re mostly interested in the cool chair. ❤️

Whether you’re preparing for a wedding, vacation, reunion, photoshoot, or any special occasion, one of the biggest mistakes I see is waiting until the last minute to schedule aesthetic treatments.

As a general rule, I recommend allowing at least 4 weeks between your treatment and your big event. This gives your body time to heal, swelling to resolve, results to settle, and allows us time for any adjustments if needed.

Treatments such as Botox/Dysport, filler, microneedling, PRP, and other aesthetic procedures often look their best after they’ve had time to fully develop.

The goal isn’t just to look great—it’s to look like the best version of yourself with natural, beautiful results when the cameras come out. 📸✨

It’s not always glamorous, but it’s always worth it. ❤️
