Reiki is practiced both as hands-on and hands-off modality. It can be channeled through space (and even time! Which is really cool, but that’s another post) by an attuned practitioner meaning you can receive this higher healing consciousness from anywhere.

Over the years working in spas I’ve shared hands-off reiki with clients who live with chronic pain, sensory sensitivities, PTSD, and some who are simply not comfortable being touched. Now, I can offer the next step in accessibility: receive reiki healing from wherever you feel the safest and most comfortable. I’m happy to guide you through the treatment with a meditation over the phone, video chat, or text if you prefer, but you can fully receive reiki even without that if a contactless, less social experience is more your speed. So cool!
