🍂 The leaves aren't going to rake themselves… unfortunately! 😂
Before you spend the weekend raking, bagging leaves, cleaning gutters, and preparing your yard for winter, remember:

✅ Bend at your hips and knees when lifting.
✅ Switch sides and vary your tasks.
✅ Take breaks before you're exhausted.
✅ Don't try to lift more than you can safely handle.

A little preparation can go a long way toward avoiding those Monday-morning aches!
