Guess what?! I’m so excited to announce we have added to our team! Alyssa will begin seeing people February 3rd! Here is a little bit about her:

With over 12 years of experience in counseling adolescents and adults, my approach to therapy is empathetic yet direct, ensuring clients feel both heard and understood in a safe, non judgemental space. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or relationship challenges, I combine my straightforward approach with a warm and supportive energy that makes even tough conversations feel manageable.

While I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, I have a special focus on trauma recovery with the use of powerful tools like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process and heal from past experiences and move forward with clarity and confidence. I am also passionate about working with people who have ADHD, offering practical strategies to improve focus, organization, and emotional balance.

As I partner with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges I strive to adapt therapy to meet the unique needs of each client while empowering and challenging them to make lasting change and progress.
