I need help! I am trying to contact Blue Cross Blue Shield, specifically David Yoder. I have a retired veteran, age 86 who along with have tried to navigate the BCBS phone system for 3 weeks and cannot get a live person. If anyone knows David Yoder and would like to help a veteran get the services he needs please help. I have called every number listed but their phone system never allows for a live person. HELP!!!!!
