RECOVERY CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE ✨🕺

Last night, I had the opportunity to support the students of Middle Township at their After Prom event, providing sports massage and assisted stretching to help them recover, recharge, and keep the celebration going all night long.

Recovery isn’t just for athletes after competition—it benefits anyone who wants to move, feel, and perform at their best. Whether you’re crossing a finish line, working a long day, or dancing the night away after prom, taking care of your body matters.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the recovery station, and a special thank you to the organizers who made this incredible event possible.

Our onsite event team showed up and delivered runners READY for the streets of Philadelphia 🔥

From first-timers to seasoned athletes chasing PRs, it was all about making sure your body was just as prepared as your mindset. Our booth at the expo was nonstop on day 2 — helping runners reset with mobility work, muscle prep, and recovery so they could feel their best on race day 💪
