In ABA, progress is often measured in data. A graph point here, a phase change there, and a rewriting of a goal to match the client’s current skill set. What is not talked about enough is the progress seen outside of the graphs! This image is the first time this client drew something other than scribbles ✍️ 🤗. To say that the clinical team was ecstatic to share in the excitement is an understatement! Happy tears all around for this amazing progress 🥹

🎉SURPRISE!🎉 We moved offices!! Assistant Clinical Director, Kara, and Behavior Specialist, Maggie, assisted with conducting the first Clinical Orientation in this new space. We are so excited for all the new opportunities this office will bring for our team!

In February, our clinical team gathered for our annual All Staff Training! It was a morning filled with learning and laughter 😁. Our BCBAs and Behavior Specialists teamed up with our Behavior Technicians to help train in concepts, such as prompting, reinforcement, and DTT. Always a great time when we are able to learn and grow together as a team 👏
