Happy Friday from the Pavilion!

What an amazing week we’ve had! Our residents have been enjoying the beautiful weather, and today we traded our usual ice cream social for a cozy tea & cookies social. With the weather feeling a little more like fall, it was the perfect afternoon treat!

And our residents weren’t the only ones enjoying the week! Our amazing staff had a special afternoon with Hannah from VITAS Hospice for Staff Appreciation Week. Thank you, Hannah, for the delicious food, your continued support, and for always joining us in creating meaningful moments with our residents. We appreciate you!

Growing Together, One Cutting at a Time!

For the past few weeks, our residents have been working on a special gardening project—taking cuttings from our mother plants and growing new plants!

It takes time, patience, and care, but watching those little cuttings grow is so rewarding. Our residents absolutely love gardening, and activities like this give them a sense of purpose, connection, and accomplishment.

That’s what THRIVE is all about, meaningful activities that keep our minds engaged, our hands busy, and our hearts happy.

This week was all about music, dancing, and getting ready for our Luau! Our residents are practicing their moves for our Family & Friends Luau on August 20th at noon!

What a joyful start to the week!

We enjoyed a wonderful Monday packed with pet therapy visits, bingo games, nail care, and a birthday celebration for Pat.

We were also delighted to welcome Joukje, our newest resident, who shared her amazing show biz dance experience with us. Everyone had so much fun learning new moves together, and we’re excited for more music, dancing, and laughter ahead!

Happy Friday, everyone! What an incredible week we’ve had at the Pavilion! From fun, uplifting activities to creating wonderful memories together, it’s been a week full of smiles.

Yesterday, our residents enjoyed a fantastic Golden Goodies Shopping Day right here at the Pavilion, and today we wrapped up the week by celebrating our July staff birthdays.

We feel so grateful to be surrounded by such amazing residents, dedicated team members, and supportive families. Wishing everyone a safe, relaxing, and wonderful weekend!

What a fun and busy week at the Pavilion! 🌺🌴 Our residents have been making the most of every day as we prepare for our Luau Celebration on August 20th.

From crafting beautiful plumeria flower hair clips, ring, decorating our community with our tropical Luau theme, enjoying refreshing morning walks, attending church services, arranging fresh flowers, gardening, and joining What’s Cooking with the Chef, there’s always something exciting happening. Every activity brings smiles, creativity, and meaningful moments together.

We also celebrated remaining July birthdays yesterday. Happy Birthday to Jeanine, James, Michael, and Edward! 🎉🎂
