Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone for someone who has been an important part of the HOPE Landing family for 20 YEARS! 🎉

For 20 years, Leslie has been part of our journey—helping children discover their abilities, encouraging families, supporting our team, and living out the heart of what HOPE Landing is all about: bringing hope and purpose to the lives of children with varying abilities.

Twenty years represents so much more than a number. It represents countless children, families, memories, milestones, challenges overcome, and lives touched. Leslie has been here from the beginning--through so much of HOPE Landing's growth and has helped make our organization what it is today.

We are incredibly thankful for the planning, hard work, and dedication that went into Landon Parks' Eagle Scout Project. 🦅 We can now walk/stroll from the driveway down to the pavilion (Mimi's Place) on a sturdy concrete walkway making it assessible for all. Landon and Crew, THANK YOU for choosing to give back to our community. 💙❤💜

✈️ HOPE Landing Airways was soaring into technology at Parkers Chapel STEM Night! 🚀

Our future engineers, pilots, and innovators had a fantastic time exploring how Occupational and Physical Therapy use science, technology, engineering, and math to help children reach their greatest potential.

Our passengers enjoyed:
🛩️ Designing and testing paper airplanes
🚀 Spinning on astronaut boards
⚖️ Walking across balance beams
🏃 Jumping over hurdles
🚲 Riding Pedalos
🎯 Launching airplanes through a target
💪 Testing their grip strength with a dynamometer

It was an evening filled with creativity, movement, problem-solving, and fun! Thank you to Parkers Chapel School for inviting HOPE Landing to be part of such an incredible STEM Night. We loved meeting so many wonderful students and families and sharing how therapy helps children learn, move, build, solve, and soar!

This week was Parker Cox's first hippotherapy session aboard Bo, and it was a huge success, complete with smiles!! We can't wait to watch this part of his OT journey unfold! 🏇💙
