Exercise for well being!
The physical activity guidelines for Americans recommends at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity, such as walking, biking, swimming, ETC. per week. OR 75 minutes of aerobic exercise per week.

Personally, striving for over 30 minutes of walking a day, especially 10 minutes after each meal, along with mobility and strengthen exercises each day (5-10minutes)

Here are a few backpack tips to avoid back pain!
- Always use both shoulder straps. keep the pack balanced
- Pack light! Use the locker or cubby to store books and other materials when they aren't needed
- Tighten the straps to keep the load closer to the back. the further the pack is away, the more stress is added to the spine.
- See your Chiropractor for additional tips. If your child has been experiencing neck pains, headaches, back pain, etc. schedule an appointment for them! We love taking care of children and its amazing how quickly the results are seen in children.
