If you are a senior and have straight Medicare, you may qualify for our free Remote Patient Monitoring program. Participants receive a FREE Bluetooth-enabled blood pressure monitor. We will set it up to connect with your Smartphone, and all readings on the monitor will automatically upload to a portal for providers to see, helping inform their medical decision-making process.
