LIVER QI RISING AT SPRING.

When Spring returns to the earth, everything recovers. The risen of the Liver Qi will prevent disease from occurring and health will be promoted.
Liver is a wood element and opens into the eyes or***ces.
For example, eye problems include eye pain, swelling, itchiness, tearing, or fatigue (due to prolonged use of computer or mobile phone), presbyopia, glaucoma, cataracts, eye degeneration. To "comply with the heaven’s time, if we were to treat liver in the spring season, it only takes half the effort".
Spring marks the beginning of the year. For healthy people, it is the time when Yang Qi rises, thus we feel energetic and have abundance of Qi and Blood. Our body gradually enters an active state. We nourish Yang Qi in the season of Spring and Summer. In the spring, we nourish specifically Shao Yang, because if Shao Yang energies rises and it follows the energetic of the Spring, therefore, we rise the Liver Qi.

1. Acupuncture treatment
Take the appropriate points, and needle according to Ba Gua Theory
2. Herbal patch "open the eyes or***ce"
Apply the heated herbal patch on the forehead and areas around the eyes to improve the blood circulation. It is very soothing, warm and comfortable.
3. Chinese moxa moxibustion
Add daphne incense, frankincense, myrrh into moxa. These three herbs are aromatic, in addition to treat the eyes, these herbs have moving quality that assist the blood circulations in channels and collaterals
4. Mingmuzi tea
This small herbal formula works in conjunction with the herbal patch; one works internally and the other works externally. In Chinese medicine theory, any eyes conditions are caused by the over usage and Qi and Blood deficient. Since the circulation is not flowing smoothly to nourish the ends of the nerves around the eyes, it induces the eye diseases.
This formula moves the blood, reduces the blood stagnation, improves venous return, eliminates the accumulation of lipid peroxidation and addresses the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, thus indirectly improved the eye condition.
