This past week, on July 23, Dr. Eduardo Rosas-Blum of Pediatric GI of El Paso had the privilege of presenting to Head Start ESC Region 19 conference: Beyond the diagnosis summit 2026, the talk called: “The Gut-Brain Connection: How Physical Health Impacts Learning and Behavior”. During the session, he shared evidence based insights into the relationship between gastrointestinal health, brain function, and their impact on children’s learning, behavior, and overall well-being. Pediatric GI of El Paso is grateful to Head Start ESC Region 19 for the opportunity to collaborate with educators and staff in supporting the health and success of children in our community.
