Quick tips:
✅ Keep an up-to-date list of all medications (including vitamins & OTC)
✅ Use a pill organizer or set phone reminders
✅ Store meds in a cool, dry place — never the bathroom or near heat
✅ Never share medications

These 5 simple tips can help you or a loved one stay safer and more comfortable at home this summer 👇

1️⃣ Drink Water Regularly
Even if you don’t feel thirsty — keep a bottle nearby and sip throughout the day.
2️⃣ Keep Your Home Cool
Close blinds, use fans, wear light clothes, and take cool showers.
3️⃣ Watch for Warning Signs
Dizziness • Heavy sweating • Nausea • Confusion • Rapid pulse
⚠️ Heat stroke = call 911 right away
4️⃣ Change Your Daily Routine
