If your kiddo is tugging at their ear, says it hurts to touch, or complains it feels 'full' or itchy after swimming — that's swimmer's ear, right on schedule for July.

The good news: it's super common and super treatable. One quick visit, some ear drops, and they're back in the water before the weekend.

⚠️ One thing NOT to do: don't stick cotton swabs in there to 'clean it out' — that usually makes it worse.
