Anxiety, depression, and emotional struggles don't wait until adulthood. 50% of all mental health conditions begin by age 14, yet the majority of young people suffer in silence - often because they don't know it's okay to ask for help. If you notice these signs - in your child, your student, your friend, your younger sibling- say something. Ask twice. Stay close.
