We are thrilled to announce some new and exciting additions coming to Bluvine!

We are happy to welcome Amanda Bachman, PT, DPT, WCS to our space! Amanda is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy. She specializes in Pelvic Floor therapy for women of all ages and stages of life. She owns Restore Pelvic Health Physical Therapy, and will be in our space a few days a week treating clients! Did you know we offer a Yearly Sauna Membership?

Our Infrared Sauna has become a space that so many of you utilize on a regular basis! It supports a multitude of benefits to the body and mind! It is a great support in muscle recovery and cell regeneration. While also being a quiet, peaceful space to allow yourself to rest and reset. I personally find journaling in the sauna to be a favorite of mine! Our Infrared Sauna has its own private room and is never shared with others. It’s important to us you have your very own experience!

The Infrared Sauna is meant to be used OFTEN for best results. This is where that yearly package comes in handy! 😊 I am very grateful to be able to have a sauna and offer it to all of you as a tool in your overall health.

We offer a yearly membership for individuals, as well as a family membership up to 5! Must be in the same household!

Frequently asked questions about the sauna-

How often should I use the sauna?

- realistically, 2x a week, 30 minute session. I said realistically remember! 3-4 times a week would be fantastic for best results
What do I wear in the sauna?
- the less the better! We have towels, robes, and spa gowns if you want to wear any of them. This is also a reason you have the room to yourself. If sweat is able to release freely, your body is able to regulate its temperature more efficiently. Tight clothing can restrict circulation and trap toxins.
Who SHOULD NOT use an Infrared Sauna?
-Women who are pregnant
-if you have a pacemaker, or uncontrolled blood pressure.
