This week's Resident Spotlight recognizes Mrs. Charla Vanhoutan, who is receiving rehabilitation at Bartlett Skilled Nursing Facility. 🌟 Throughout her stay, Mrs. Vanhoutan has shown determination, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to her recovery. 💙

She enjoys participating in physical therapy and can often be seen walking the hallways as she continues to regain her strength and independence. Her dedication has been inspiring to both our staff and fellow residents.

Mrs. Vanhoutan shares that her experience at Bartlett has been exceptional. She describes our physicians, nurses, therapy team, and staff as "magnificent" and is grateful for the compassionate care and encouragement she has received throughout her rehabilitation. ❤️

Having previously completed rehabilitation at Bartlett several years ago, Mrs. Vanhoutan says she knew exactly where she wanted to return when she needed care again. She shared that she would choose Bartlett again without hesitation. 🏡✨

We are honored to be part of Mrs. Vanhoutan's recovery journey and wish her continued health, happiness, and success. 💐💕

Another week filled with meaningful moments! 🌞🎨 Our residents enjoyed music outdoors, arts & crafts, trivia, Mexican Lotería, and inspiring live music during our Christian service. We're grateful for every smile, friendship, and every memory we make together 💛🎶

Residents had a wonderful time during "Cook With Me" with Ana, enjoyed a tasty outing to Famous Dave's, expressed their creativity through arts and crafts, and spent the afternoon listening to live music. It's moments like these that turn ordinary days into memorable ones and make our community such a special place to call home. 🎨🎶🍽️

Another wonderful week filled with music, laughter, and time spent together! 🎸🎶 We celebrated our July birthdays with smiles and sweet treats, enjoyed a fun outing to Cracker Barrel, stayed active with exercise, and shared plenty of friendly games along the way. ❤️✨

🎶💙 We had an amazing time celebrating Father’s Day with music, dancing, smiles, and a special visit from our therapy dog! 🕺🐾 Thank you to all the wonderful fathers and father figures who make our community so special. ❤️

Our residents enjoyed a special visit from a therapy dog, our amazing CNAs were celebrated with a delicious nacho bar for CNA Week 🌮🎉 and everyone soaked up the sunshine during a fun picnic together 🌳☀️
