Thank you everyone who made it out to the sound bath yesterday! It was lovely to see new faces. They mentioned the champurrado was like a hug! Man, it was delicious 😋 we did a wonderful meditation to ground and reclaim our energy then integrated through the soothing frequencies of the sound bowls. Good morning everyone!

Let's talk about what you get when you book a massage session with me. First off, the house call convenience is like none other. I bring everything to give you an experience, not just a massage but an experience. What the heck do you mean by that? Well, when we begin working on your body it is not just a physical experience, I connect to your energy field and the mind and body join in. I am not a healer but I know how to facilitate your body's own healing mechanisms. I know how to make your body feel safe enough to bring down the walls and instead invest that energy into the healing itself. So for the sixty minutes or ninety minutes that we have together, your body's stress chemicals are down regulated and good chemicals are pouring throughout your body. You see the body is not just physical but incredibly chemical as well with all kinds of receptors and responses that keep us safe but most of the time are on overdrive because of the constant stressors in our daily environments.

The result: less pain, increased mobility and a sense of lightness and wellbeing overall. That feeling of losing 20 pounds off your shoulder, back and neck and you can breathe easier once again.😌😌

I also love to educate my clients on how to maintain their well being and may keep you out of pain and you'll most likely get homework if we are treating anything haha remember it takes two to make this work!💪

Sunday sound bath was a success!🤩 successful in the way that the people who attended felt ready to tackle this new week with clarity and more confidence.
