The safety of our community and our team is of the utmost importance, and requires additional consideration inlight of recent developments and public health considerations for COVID-19.
In response to the Coronavirus global pandemic we will implement the following guidelines effective immediately. Please note that these actions and protocols may be changed or modified without notice, in the interest of keeping our patients and team as safe as possible as we navigate the next few weeks:
- We will be rescheduling non-essential treatment and we will remain open, with modified hours from 10 am - 2 pm to see patients for emergency dental treatment, which can include pain, swelling, etc. Please call for an appointment.
- Patients will be screened via text message/phone prior to their arrival. Please inform us if you, your child, or any family member is experiencing any fever, cough, or difficulty breathing PRIOR to your appointment. Please inform us of any recent travel outside the US or within the US.
- We kindly ask that you use the hand sanitizer we have provided upon arrival.
- Any patient deemed at high risk will not be allowed into our clinical areas, and directed to the appropriate level of care as set forth by the department of health.
- Patients will be taken directly into the dental chair as soon as one is available. Waiting area will be limited to a few people at a time. We may ask that you remain in your vehicle. We will call you as soon as a room is clean and ready for you.
- Patients with symptoms will kindly be asked to reschedule for 3 weeks later or earlier with MD clearance
- Please note we will be limiting social distance, including handshaking, as a means of decreasing possible transmission of Covid-19.
- Please limit the number of children and adults accompanying the patient being seen
- Please note that in line with our normal office policy, no staff will be allowed to come in sick and we will be disinfecting/sanitizing rooms and sterilizing instruments after each patient.
Sincerely,
Dr. Krystelle Anaya, Dr. Lianna Zabanal, Dr. Rosson and the whole Trawood Family Dental Team
