Join SAN for an AWAZ Dialogue Night, a town hall focused on reducing stigma around learning disabilities and developmental delays. We’ll talk about understanding developmental and behavioral needs in children, addressing stigma and denial in the community and how parents and caregivers can better support their child.

There will also be a brief session on emergency planning for families, covering personalized preparedness plans, communication and support needs during emergencies, local safety resources, and immigration-focused emergency preparedness, including Know Your Rights information for families.

Representatives from Lanterman Regional Center and Westside Regional Center will join the discussion.
