🌧️ REMINDER: WE WILL BE CLOSED TOMORROW 🌧️

Due to Hurricane Isaias, our office will be closed tomorrow, Friday, October 9.

If you need a medication refill, please call us as soon as possible today so we can process your request before the office closes.

As you can imagine, we are receiving an unusually high volume of phone calls, and our staff is working diligently to process requests as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to assist everyone.

We also ask that you please be kind and patient with our staff and your pharmacy. Pharmacies are also processing a large number of prescriptions and helping many patients prepare for the storm.

☀️ MEET THE TEAM: ABBY ☀️

Chances are, if you’ve seen Cade or Lacey recently, you’ve probably met Abby! She is their nurse and one of the friendly faces helping take care of our patients each day.

Our nurses do so much more than take your vitals. They are checking messages, communicating with providers, working on medication prior authorizations, returning patient phone calls, calling patients with results, and helping make sure things don’t fall through the cracks.

And if you know Abby, you know she is truly a ray of sunshine! ☀️ She loves interacting with our patients and getting to know the people who come through our doors.

When Abby isn’t at the clinic, she enjoys shopping, spending time with her friends and family, watercolor painting, and serving as a youth leader.

One thing Abby loves about working here is how kind her coworkers are to her and how everyone works together as a team. She also loves making her coworkers laugh and bringing a little fun into the workday.

We’re so thankful to have Abby as part of the Elberta Clinic Family Practice family! 🩷

We’re excited to introduce you to Gabby, the newest face at our front office check-in desk!

When you walk through our doors, the front desk is often your first point of contact but there’s a whole lot more to that job than simply checking you in. Our front office team greets you, listens to your concerns, helps work through questions and issues, assists with prescriptions and medical records, collects copays and payments, and helps keep things moving behind the scenes so you can get the care you need.

Gabby is already becoming a familiar and friendly face around the clinic, and we’re so thankful to have her as part of our team! ❤️

🌿 She enjoys spending time outdoors.
⛪ She loves being involved at her church, where she serves as a youth leader.

💉 Flu shots are available at Elberta Family Practice Clinic!

We know the big pharmacies may offer a few extra perks when you get your flu shot there, but we hope you’ll consider getting yours right here at Elberta Family Practice Clinic.

We currently have both regular-dose flu vaccines and high-dose flu vaccines for our patients 65 and older.

CHARITY

Many of you already know and love Charity! But you may have noticed she’s no longer at the front desk. She has stepped into a new role as our Director of Operations!

Charity helps oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic and works to make sure our patients are getting the care they need. She helps keep all the moving pieces working together and supports our entire team along the way.

Charity has been a part of the Elberta Clinic family since 1998, nearly three decades of dedication to our clinic and our community!

One thing Charity wants our patients to know is that every job and every employee is important. From the front desk and nurses to billing, referrals, providers, and everyone working behind the scenes, every person plays a part in keeping our clinic running and taking care of our patients.

It truly takes a village, and Charity is proud to be part of that village. ❤️
