You don't need a specialist to get into pulmonary rehab. Any physician can refer a patient who's living with chronic lung disease or a related cardiopulmonary condition.

Kaelan Woodall Dawson grew up right here in Elbert County, and now she brings her background in trauma, critical care, and palliative medicine to patients at Hartwell Family Clinic. She works alongside Dr. Rivera seeing patients for wellness visits, chronic disease management, and same-day sick visits.
