Hi, everyone 👋🏼! My name is Malory Wright and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2017. I started my massage career in New York State, in a medspa inside of mall being worked to absolute death, followed by two fancy spas, a hotel, and ultimately opening a space with my friends.
I moved back to California, where I’m from, and spent several years working in a acupuncture clinic where I continued ashiatsu (the barefoot thing) and did a ton of medical massage. Then, I went solo doing house calls for a few years before moving to Georgia, where I currently live and practice (thanks to my husband 🥰).
In the background of my massage therapy license, my love of exercise (specifically weight lifting) and human anatomy drove me to get my certification in personal training, working one-on-one with clients to help them get stronger and get out of pain.
I opened my very own space in Elberton, GA — a town where word-of-mouth means more than anything. I’ve been able to steadily build my business and meet so many new people. Moving to a small town can be hard, even though it’s also the best. It’s harder to meet people you align with and break into the community, but thankfully I feel that my life is pretty full and the few friends I have here are all I need.
