If you’re wondering if a mole is possibly melanoma or skin cancer, follow the ABCDEs when looking at your skin:
A – Asymmetry: Does one side of the mole match the other?
B – Border: Are the edges of the mole not defined?
C – Color: Does the mole have multiple colors?
D – Diameter: Is it larger than a pencil eraser?
E – Evolving: Has the mole changed in size, color, or texture over time?

When you take your workout outside this season, don’t forget to add sunscreen to your routine!
No matter how long you’re outside, even if it’s just for a few minutes, use broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher on your skin before you walk through the door.

Long hours in the field mean extra sun exposure—protect your skin while planting.
· Sunscreen: broad spectrum SPF 30+, reapply every 2 hours or after heavy sweating.
· Clothing: long sleeves, long pants, and UPF rated shirts; wide brim hat for face, ears, neck.
· Eyes: sunglasses that block UVA/UVB.
· Breaks: take shade breaks and drink water often.
