Happy Medical Assistants Recognition Day! 💙

Today, we are taking a moment to shine a spotlight on our awesome Medical Assistant, Cristina.

From greeting patients with a warm smile and contributing to keeping our clinic running smoothly behind the scenes, to providing clinical support, Cristina does a little bit of everything.

Thank you, Cristina, for everything you do to contribute to our clinic and help keep our patients healthy!

💉 Let's talk vitamin injections!

You may have heard about vitamin injections, but do you know what they are and whether one might be appropriate for you?

Vitamin injections deliver a specific vitamin or nutrient by injection rather than by mouth. Depending on the nutrient and your individual needs, they may be considered as part of a personalized healthcare plan.

The right approach depends on factors like your health history, symptoms, nutritional status, and the specific nutrient being considered.

Curious about vitamin injections at BIC? We're happy to help you understand your options and whether a particular treatment may be appropriate for you.

It's easy to put your health on the back burner when life gets busy, but preventive care is an important part of staying on top of your health.

Routine checkups give you and your healthcare provider an opportunity to review your health history, discuss concerns, monitor ongoing conditions, and talk about screenings and healthy habits.

You don't have to wait until something feels wrong to make your health a priority.

Need to get back on track with your routine care? We're here to help.

You are so much more than a symptom, a diagnosis, or a number on a chart.

Your health is personal, and your care should be, too.

That is why, at Balanced Integrative Care, our team takes the time to listen, understand your concerns, and explore care options together. We combine traditional medical care with integrative wellness approaches to support your individual needs.

Good healthcare starts with a conversation, and care is never one-size-fits-all.

You asked, and we listened. If you prefer Instagram updates over Facebook, we've got you covered! We created an Instagram account where you can follow us and stay up to date on what's happening in the practice.

Now, don't ask us for a TikTok account! Our team is busy serving our amazing patients, and our Administrative Assistant will NOT be coming into the office to record us dancing! 😂💃🏻

We'll keep you posted on social media as much as we can. In the meantime, do what you always do best: share, follow our page, and keep spreading the word to your friends and family! 🥰

We couldn't do what we do without our community's incredible support!

Stay healthy, and let's make sure your friends get the care they deserve too!

As our practice continues to grow, we want to thank you for your trust and support. We are incredibly grateful for each of our patients and are committed to providing the best care and attention possible.

To help us continue serving you efficiently, we will be making a few updates to our phone system. All medication refill requests and nurse consultation requests should be placed through our Administrative Assistant, and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

We also want to encourage everyone to leave a message if we miss your call. Unlike many larger offices, your calls are answered by real people, not an automated call center. While we may occasionally miss a call when assisting patients in the office or on the phone, we always return messages and will get back to you as soon as possible.

These changes will help us maintain the quality of care and personal attention that are so important to us. Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and for being part of our growing practice.

We truly appreciate you!💛
