It is 30 days of going to the deep places — the places most people avoid — with the Word of God as your guide, your lantern, and your weapon.

It is going to ask things of you that feel uncomfortable. It is going to surface things you have been avoiding. There will be days you want to close it and walk away.

On those days — I need you to hear me say — stay. Keep going. The breakthrough is almost always just past the moment you wanted to quit.

I am not ahead of you on this journey. I am walking it with you. Every declaration I wrote — I have spoken over my own life. Every scripture I included — it has carried me through something. Every prayer at the end of each day — I have prayed in my own words when I had nothing left.

This workbook is my testimony handed to you as a tool.

Use it. Go deep with it. Be ruthlessly honest in the journaling pages. Don't perform for the prompts — actually answer them. Cry if you need to. Praise if you get there. Sit in the silence if that is where God meets you.

Prayer for Deep Healing — “I AM Receiving God's Restoration”

Scripture declarations: Psalm 147:3; Jeremiah 30:17
Prayer
Heavenly Father, You are the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Today, I bring You every hidden hurt, every disappointment, every painful memory, and every burden I have carried in silence.

Search my heart, Lord. Reveal the places where grief, bitterness, fear, or disappointment have affected how I see myself and others. Give me the courage to face what needs healing and the grace to release what I can no longer carry.

Jesus, meet me in the places where I feel weak. Restore my peace. Renew my hope. Help me receive support, wisdom, and care wherever I need it.
I believe You are near to the brokenhearted, even when healing takes time. I refuse to measure Your love by the speed of my recovery.
I AM bringing my wounds to God. I AM making room for restoration. I AM held by the love of Christ.
I commit my healing journey into Your hands and thank You for walking with me through every step. In Jesus' name, Amen.

The most asked question I get: “What is this and how do I do it”?

Scripture Writing in its most basic form is just what it sounds like…writing down the Scripture that is listed for the day.

Each month I put out a themed plan to study from the Bible. Each day you write out the verse listed. I always recommend reading the full passage that the verse is in so you understand it in its proper context.

If you want to go further (which I highly recommend) underline or highlight any words that stand out to you that you’d like to look up and define. I use two free apps, Strongs Concordance and Webster’s 1828 Dictionary.

You can also read commentaries, just be careful who you choose to listen to as there are a lot of “voices” out there and they are not all right!
