Do you have a daily gratitude practice? Before bed take five minutes and review the day. List three or more things for which you’re thankful. Here’s my list from yesterday:

Gratitude
Two new clients
Five sessions in all
My practice is picking up; I’m working full-time
Supervision with colleagues where we get advice from others in the group about tough clients
Got my insurance reimbursement for my Dublin hospitalization (and I had already built my cash reserves back up!)
Set up my Prime Days Smart Speaker and Smart TV (I thought 43” w/b bigger but the picture is great and it does so many things)
Easy evening with dogs playing with my iPad (old)
