Meet Levi! 🌟

Through Physical Therapy at Easterseals DuPage & Fox Valley, Levi is working hard to build strength, mobility and independence.

Alongside his physical therapist, Claire Gornick, PT, DPT, Levi has been practicing walking with a walker, moving between support surfaces and standing up from the floor independently. He’s also made amazing progress climbing a ladder! 💪

Every new skill is something to celebrate. We’re so proud of Levi’s determination and grateful for the partnership between our therapists and families as they work together toward goals that make a meaningful difference in everyday life. 💙

This October, we’re coming together with Easterseals and National partners Silverts Adaptive Clothing & Footwear and IZ Adaptive to celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) and highlight the incredible contributions people with disabilities bring to the workforce every day.

We know that employment can be an important pathway to independence, connection, and opportunity. But for many people with disabilities, barriers to employment can still make it harder to access and thrive in the workplace.

That’s why our partnership with Silverts and IZ Adaptive is focused on reducing one of those barriers: workwear designed for every body.

These new, adaptive designs are created for the professional-on-the-go with increased access, opportunity, and value in the workplace.
