As our nation celebrates Flag Week, we are grateful for the men and women who have served our nation and for the opportunity to help preserve their legacy. Every folded flag tells a story. 🇺🇸

As a veteran-owned funeral home, one of the greatest honors we have is helping families pay tribute to those who served our country. For veterans entrusted to our care, every detail matters including the proper folding and presentation of the American flag. In this video, Dan demonstrates the careful process of folding a veteran's flag, a skill he learned from his father many years ago. While the finished product looks simple, the process requires patience, precision, and respect. A dollar bill helps ensure each fold is measured correctly, and a small water sprayer helps remove wrinkles for a crisp, dignified presentation. It often takes 20–30 minutes to complete. ❤️🤍💙

For generations, Army soldiers have demonstrated courage, selfless service, and unwavering commitment to protecting our freedoms. To all who have served and continue to serve in the U.S. Army - thank you for your dedication and sacrifice.

Today, on Women's Veterans Day, we honor the women who have served our country with courage, dedication, and sacrifice. Their contributions have helped pave the way for future generations of women in military service.

As we recognize their legacy, we're also proud to spotlight a remarkable young woman from our community, Elyse Garcia. At just 20 years old, Elyse achieved the rank of Sergeant in the United States Army and was accepted into the prestigious United States Military Academy Preparatory School at West Point. Her accomplishments reflect the leadership, determination, and commitment to service that have long been demonstrated by the women who came before her.

Thank you to all women who have served, and to those who are serving today!
