After receiving Physical, Occupational and Speech Language Pathology services, Paul Thompson regained strength, independence and confidence. He made remarkable progress in mobility, daily living skills, and communication.

Celebrating Clinical Success : John McKinney

After a hospitalization that impacted his mobility, daily functioning, and communication abilities, Mr. John L Mckinney participated in a comprehensive rehabilitation program that included Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathology.

Through dedication and consistent effort, he made significant progress in strength, mobility, self-care tasks, and communication skills. By successfully meeting his therapy goals, he regained independence and confidence in his daily activities.

Upon completion of rehabilitation, he was able to safely return home with his family, where he continues to enjoy an improved quality of life and greater independence. Congratulations, John!

Celebrating Clinical Success : Carolyn Price

Mrs. Price chose Ivy Hall Nursing Home for short-term rehab and received Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Respiratory Therapy to help her regain strength, independence and improve her breathing.

During her stay, she became comfortable with our staff and truly felt at home. She ultimately chose to remain at Ivy Hall Nursing Home as a long-term resident.

We are proud to have been part of her journey and grateful she chose Ivy Hall Nursing Home as her home.

Celebrating Clinical Success : Ethel Hatley

After a recent hospitalization, Ethel Hatley was admitted to Ivy Hall Nursing Home with decreased strength, impaired mobility, and a need for assistance with daily activities. Upon admission, she required support for transfers, walking, and self-care tasks.

By the end of her stay, Ethel achieved her therapy goals and progressed to performing transfers and self-care independently. She was able to walk safely with an assistive device and demonstrated understanding of safety strategies for home.

Ethel successfully graduated from Ivy Hall and discharged home, regaining independence and returning to a more active lifestyle.
