Our Roan Mountain clinic will be closed 10/1/2024-10/11/2024. We will tentatively reopen on Tuesday, October 15th. Our main clinic in Elizabethton will be open normal hours, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM. If you can get a call to connect, please call us at (423) 543-0073 or stop by our clinic at 1975 West Elk Avenue Elizabethton, TN 37643. We will be happy to treat you at our main clinic. We also would like for you to reach out if you have specific needs. We will help as best we can. Stay safe.
