Please make sure we have your current phone number and email address so we can reach you regarding your appointment.
⏰ 24-Hour Notice Required
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. If a need to cancel or reschedule should arise during the closure hours, please leave a message and we will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.
🚫 No-Show Policy
After 2 or more no-shows, a $50 deposit will be needed to book future appointments.
💰 Your $50 deposit will be credited toward your treatment at your scheduled appointment. However, if you miss your appointment or cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.
We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your communication and understanding. 💗
