Yay! We love seeing our team grow! Our Roseboro/Elizabethtown offices are hiring for three positions! Staff will be stationed in our Roseboro office 3 days per week and at our Elizabethtown office 2 days per week.

We are specifically looking for friendly, dedicated and detailed-oriented team members to fill our Optometric Technician, Optical Sales Associate and Administrative Support Specialists Technician positions.

Optometric Technician Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for eye exams by taking medical histories and performing pre-exam tests
- Assist the optometrist by performing specialized tests including: visual fields, tonometry, and other diagnostic procedures
- Provide patient education on eye health and eyewear options
- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially
- Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations
- Help with administrative tasks and patient scheduling as needed.

Optical Sales Associate:
- Assist patients in selecting eyewear and lenses based on their style and vision needs
- Educate patients on frame and lens options, ensuring the understand their choices
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing optical sales area
- Process sales transactions and manage inventory
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with patients regarding their eyewear orders
- Ensure eyewear adjustments and repairs are performed accurately

Administrative Support Specialists Technician Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and schedule patient appointments
- Verify insurance details and provide patients with benefit information
- Assist patients with inquiries and provide information about services
- Help with pre-exam patient preparations and data entry
- Ensure efficient patient flow and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow office protocols

Requirements of ALL positions:
- High school diploma or equivalent; optometric or medical assistant experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in optometry and patient care
