Today, June 1st marks an exciting new chapter for Revive with Devon Massage Therapy! 💖

I am thrilled to announce that Revive with Devon has officially found a new home in the Cool Springs area of Elizabethtown (not far from my previous location)! Even more exciting, my new location is located within Echelon Direct Care & Aesthetics.

While I have truly enjoyed providing mobile massage services and bringing relaxation directly to your homes, creating a dedicated space that promotes serenity, healing, self-love, and restoration has always been my vision. Having a peaceful environment where clients can fully disconnect from the stress of everyday life and focus on their well-being is where my heart belongs.

Very soon, our websites and online booking systems will be LIVE, making it easier than ever to schedule your self-care sessions.

We are excited to create a place where health, wellness, beauty, and massage therapy come together under one roof—a home designed to support your personal goals and overall well-being.

💚 MAY - Mental Health Awareness Month
✨My journey of when I was lost and NOW , I am FOUND!✨💚

✨Celebrating 4 years of sobriety✨

It didn’t begin in a beautiful moment.
It began in the quiet… the kind that feels loud because you’re finally alone with yourself.

I remember sitting there, exhausted—not just physically, but in my soul. Sick and Tired of being sick & tired of all of it. Tired of showing up as someone I didn’t even recognize anymore. Because I chose to wear a mask of the person I thought I was until I couldn’t do it one more day! I had spent so much time pouring into others, people-pleasing, numbing, avoiding… that I lost me somewhere along the way.

And in that moment, something shifted.

Not perfectly. Not instantly. But honestly.

Because one thing about sobriety is this—THIS IS MY STORY. Nobody else’s.
I had to stop comparing, stop explaining, stop justifying. I found what worked for me, and I stood on it. I owned it. Even when I didn’t understand and it was uncomfortable. Even when it meant letting go of things—and people (yes, it is a must) that no longer aligned with the life I was trying to build.

Sobriety, for me, wasn’t pretty. It’s sad, it’s messy, it’s showing myself that I had tolerated too many things, it has cuss words, it has Gods Will and only his will to navigate through the unimaginable defining moments and believing all the bu****it of negative talk I told myself, and adding alcohol to those thoughts, HOLY CRAP! It was an elevation into a darkness when I wanted my life to be over. It is selfish in the most necessary way.
It is self-centering when I had spent years abandoning myself.
It was raw. Real. Honest in a way that cracked me wide open.

There were moments I felt completely shattered… like I was breaking apart instead of healing.
But what I didn’t realize at the time was—those were the very moments God was rebuilding me.

Piece by piece.
Day by day.
Choice by choice.

Years of doing the work—facing things I used to run from, FEELING for the first time ever, things I used to numb, choosing growth over comfort—for once
I would see a glimpse of LIGHT, HOPE and FAITH that led me to something I never expected…

An amazing God I didn’t fully know before.
An even more amazing life I didn’t think I deserved.
And a journey rooted in humility and deep, unwavering GRATITUDE. Gratitude was life changing for me.

Sobriety didn’t just save my life.
It gave me one.❤️

And now I walk it—imperfectly, boldly, and fully present—
knowing that every step, every story, every scar, every breakthrough…

is mine!!! And it’s Be-YOU-tiful! 💯❤️🙏🏻💪🏻

💚May!! Mental Health Awareness Month
💚A year I am sharing MY JOURNEY! 💚

✨This post is long, real & completely vulnerable! After these 4 years, my journey of freedom allows me to find/share & use my voice. ✨

🙏🏻❤️TODAY……I CELEBRATE 4 YEARS OF SOBRIETY!!❤️🙏🏻 A year my story changes!

And if you would’ve met me years ago…
you would’ve met a woman who was struggling quietly.
Depression… alcohol… people pleasing…
feeling lost, broken… and honestly, not even knowing who I was anymore.

There were days I looked in the mirror…
and didn’t recognize the person staring back at me.

That was my story.

And maybe one day… I’ll tell all of it.

But today…
today is about what changed.

By God’s grace…
and the love of my family and friends—
the ones who loved me when I couldn’t love myself—
I’m still here.

And let me be real with you…
this journey is not easy.

It’s messy.
It’s painful.
It takes everything you’ve got.

But the life I live today?
I couldn’t have even imagined it back then.

Today my life is filled with gratitude…
with love…
with humility.

Today, I stand as a woman of strength.
Of hope.
Of faith.
Of determination.
Of honesty… and realness.

After 47 years…
I can finally look in the mirror
and truly love the woman looking back at me.

But that didn’t come easy.

That old version of me…
she had to fall apart. Completely break.
She had to be let go…
so I could become the woman I am today.

And this morning… while I was driving…
I thought about her.

That woman who believed her life was over.

And if I could go back…
I wouldn’t judge her.
I wouldn’t rush her.

I would sit with her.

I would wrap her up and say…
“This is going to be hard.
It’s going to hurt.
But you can do this.
You are worthy.
You are loved.
And your life is not over… it’s just beginning.”

And somewhere along the way…
I found my people.

A group that became my second family.

People who understood without explanation.
Who listened… who hugged me…
who saw me… without judgment.

Their stories… were my story.

And I showed up scared.
Sometimes hidden.
But I kept showing up.

I listened.
I learned.
I worked.
I faced the parts of me I didn’t want to see—
the anger, the sadness, the bitterness…

The parts that kept me stuck.

And slowly…
step by step…
day by day…

I started to feel again.

I started to heal.

I started to let go.

And little by little…
the light came back.

The heaviness lifted.

And I started becoming someone
I’m proud of.

Sobriety… saved my life.

But it’s more than that.

It gave me my life.

I’ll never forget something my daughter said to me one day.

She looked at me and said,
“Momma… I know why you used to cry.
It wasn’t just allergies.”

And I said, “Oh really?”

And she said…
“And now we cry because we’re happy.”

And in that moment…
I knew everything had changed.

So today… I share this not because it’s perfect…
but because it’s real.

If you’re struggling…
if you feel lost…
if you feel like you can’t find your voice…

You are not alone.

I will sit with you in the dark.

Just like someone once did for me.

Because where there is darkness…
there will always be light.

And your story…
is not over.

It’s just waiting for you
to believe that you are worthy of it. ❤️

Happy Wednesday!! ☀️❤️🌿

✨ HOPE meets healing, one massage at a time!❣️Exciting things are ahead! ✨

As of April 26th, it is bittersweet to announce I will not be massaging part-time at Vibrant Vitality. A Mom of 3, working a full time position, enjoy sunny Saturdays with the kiddos, and practicing what I preach “self love, self care & ME TIME.” Financially & with work schedules I am aware of feeling overwhelmed, something has to give. I’m beyond grateful for the amazing ladies at Vibrant Vitalite, the best in business. ❤️ The ability to build lifelong friendships, the meaning a grit & grace, tenacity & support the whole way. I’m better because of the women I surround myself with. Who knows I may still be there occasionally to help with gift certificate and existing needs.

My goal has always been to provide care that is:
