Happy Valentine's Day Imagine Loves!
While today is a day in which we spoil our lived ones with gifts, I am reminded that it is the special experiences together that matter.

Receiving great gifts releases happiness hormone called dopamine. Yeah that's cool but it is short lived happiness response.
❤
What we really want and truly desire are deep relational bonds. These deep relational bonds are developed through positive relational interactions such as a pat on the back, holding hands, hugging, kissing, and laughing together. These positive interactions produce the happiness hormone OXYTOCIN. Also named the "Love Hormone" It is associated with empathy, trust, sexual activity, and relationship-building. In short of a neuroscience lesson...It builds DEEP BONDS!

So this Valentine's Day and every day from this day forward in our relationships let's remember deep bonds increase our total happiness in all our relationships !
