Meet Nikki Jones our registered Associate Social Worker ( #130830), supervised by Stacy F***h, LMFT ( #129775). She works with adolescents through older adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and major life transitions.✨
Her approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. She strives to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, accepted, and understood while honoring each person’s unique experiences, goals, and pace.
She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches to help clients build emotional regulation, develop practical coping skills, and gain greater insight and self-awareness.
With experience supporting individuals through complex concerns such as neurodivergence, intimate partner violence, substance use, aging, caregiving, and parenting, she is passionate about helping clients feel empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

Self-care is more than bubble baths and spa days—it's a therapeutic practice of intentionally caring for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. 💚
In therapy, we often explore self-care as a way to build resilience, regulate the nervous system, and create habits that support long-term emotional health. Self-care isn't about doing more; it's about learning what your mind and body need to feel safe, balanced, and restored.
Sometimes self-care looks like setting boundaries. Other times, it's getting enough rest, asking for help, taking a walk, practicing mindfulness, or making time for something that brings you joy. Small, consistent acts of self-care can have a meaningful impact on your overall well-being and complement the work you do in therapy. The World Health Organization describes self-care as actions that help people promote and maintain their health and well-being through healthy habits and lifestyle choices.
✨ What is one act of self-care you can practice this week? We'd love to hear in the comments.

The strongest relationships aren't perfect—they're intentional. 💚
✨ Communicate openly.
✨ Stay committed to growth.
✨ Show up consistently and find compromise.

Healthy relationships are built through small, intentional choices made every day—not perfection. Research consistently highlights communication, commitment, and compromise as core ingredients for building trust and navigating challenges together.

✨Life has a way of pulling us in a hundred different directions, making it easy to put our own needs last. But caring for yourself isn't something you have to earn—it's a vital part of maintaining your mental and emotional well-being.💝

Prioritizing yourself might look like:
🤍 Setting healthy boundaries.
🤍 Giving yourself permission to rest.
🤍 Processing difficult emotions instead of pushing them aside.
🤍 Reaching out for support when life feels overwhelming.

At Restored Wellness Counseling, we believe healing begins when you give yourself the same compassion and care you so freely offer others. Therapy isn't about having all the answers—it's about creating space to understand yourself, build resilience, and move forward with confidence, one step at a time. Our approach is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on your unique journey.

Showing up, staying curious, and advocating for what matters 💙

A couple of weeks ago, our incredible clinicians Cessiley and Cheng proudly represented Restored Wellness Counseling at the Youth Mental Health Summit hosted by the Coalition to Empower Our Future in downtown Sacramento. From powerful conversations with community leaders to hearing directly from young voices, it was an inspiring reminder of how important this work truly is.

We’re proud to be part of these conversations and even more proud to bring that knowledge back to the clients and families we serve!
