If you are currently growing, expanding, learning getting out of your comfort zone… you will often times notice that certain people will fall out of your life.

This isn’t a bad thing. Try not to attach any feelings with this and just accept it as you are moving into a new area of life..

Not everyone is supposed to be on the ride with you, and that’s OK.

You will meet new people and have experiences that may possibly change your life and blow your mind!

Be open to all possibilities! If you are a believer in that we have soul contracts, you will know that you are supposed to ebb and flow through relationships through out your life.

Because relationships are lessons and they are how we move through life.

If you are sensitive like me, you will already start to understand why the relationship had to end or take some time off and /or you will sense that there is a change ahead…

I am of the belief that everything happens for a reason and there is a season in a time for everything.

We did it!

We had our first retreat last year!

We had been dreaming of doing this for years, being that we’ve been to so many retreats ourselves, it was time for us to take our role as leaders within the community.

We felt it in our bones that this is the time that we needed to step up.

We wanted to offer a retreat that was not only transformative, but one that built relationships overtime.

We wanted these women to feel they were part of something bigger.

We wanted them to know that we were there with them every step of the way and that we were learning too.

We offered our medicine, unique, deep, vulnerable, and not perfect!

This is what we learned and what our feedback was… beyond what we could’ve asked for!

We are offering our second retreat this year October 15-18th.

Same beautiful place in Battle Lake, Minnesota.
