Life gets busy, and I know that unexpected things pop up, schedules shift, and emergencies happen. Starting on September 1st, missed appointments without a heads-up, will result in a 25% charge of the scheduled service. I completely understand that emergencies happen, so please just reach out to me as soon as you can if you’re needing to cancel or reschedule. I appreciate all of my clients as my business would not be possible without them!
