I’m genuinely interested. If you go to the gym, eat a salad, take a walk, turn off the TV, drink x ounces of water…
Why do you do it? Like genuinely?
Do you do it because you actually enjoy doing it or bc you fear the health ramifications if you don’t, or perhaps bc it’s your perceived path to looking better?
I’m genuinely interesting in what motivates you to do what you do. I don’t want the answer that you think is right (“I do everything for me” kinda thing) bc I’ve worked with women for way too long (and I am human as well) to know that just for your own pleasure is very rarely true. Let me hear the truth today.
