Apparently it’s chic to romanticize being “low maintenance.”
I’d rather normalize being wildly prepared for birth.
Because “I’ll just see what happens” sounds easy until you’re in labor, someone suggests an intervention you’ve never heard of, your partner has no idea what to do, and suddenly you’re trying to make big decisions while riding a contraction.
You deserve better than crossing your fingers and hoping you remember what you saw on TikTok.
You deserve to know:
→ what your actual options are
→ what questions to ask before saying yes
→ how to work with your body during labor
→ what your partner can actually DO besides say “you’ve got this”
→ how to advocate for yourself without feeling like you're being “difficult”
→ and how to make informed decisions when birth doesn't go exactly according to plan
That is what I teach.
Not a“here's what happens when the baby comes out” class.
Not fear-based birth prep.
Actual, evidence-based childbirth education designed to help you feel capable walking into your birth.
I offer private 1:1 childbirth education virtually or in person, so we can spend our time on your questions, your birth, and the things you actually want to feel prepared for.
If you're pregnant and thinking, “Okay, I really don't want to wing this."
DM me “PREPARED” and I'll send you the details + help you figure out if a private class is the right fit for you. 🤍
Because being prepared isn't being anxious.
It's being ready.
