“Is this it?”

Maybe you’ve found yourself quietly wondering that lately.

You look at the person you’ve built a life with and think…

What happened to us?

Nothing catastrophic happened.

You still love each other.

But somewhere between raising kids, building careers, managing calendars, making dinner and taking care of everyone else…

you became really good at running a life together—and maybe not so good at being together.

And now something is changing.

The kids need you differently.
Retirement may be getting closer.
The calendar has a little more white space.

And suddenly there’s enough room to wonder:

What do I want now?
What does my partner want?
And what do we want the next 10, 20 or 30 years to look like together?

I created a new guide for exactly this season:

THE NEXT CHAPTER

5 Conversations to Consciously Create What Comes Next

Inside, I'll walk you through five conversations to help you get curious about who you're both becoming, what kind of intimacy you want more of, and what you want to consciously create together.

Because maybe “Is this it?” isn't a sign that your relationship is over.

Maybe it's an invitation to stop letting life choose your relationship for you—and start choosing each other again.

When you join us, you'll also receive invitations to my free Coffee & Connection conversations, the Zoom link to join us live, future relationship guides, and my follow-up videos with practical tools you can actually use in your relationship.

You don't have to recreate the relationship you had.
You get to create the relationship you want for who you're becoming now.

What happens when someone you love disappoints you?

Do you feel the disappointment or start building a case for why they’re wrong?

This week at Coffee & Connection, we’re talking about how to move through disappointment without turning it into blame, resentment or disconnection.

I made a free one-page guide to go with it. Grab it below and I’ll also send you the Zoom link + reminder for Thursday.

Coffee & Connection this Thursday!
What happens when reality doesn’t match the picture you had in your head?
We started our unplanned bathroom renovation this weekend. I knew it would be messy. I knew it would be inconvenient.
What I apparently DIDN’T know was that I had fully expected to keep using that bathroom for the next month.
Reality had other plans.
Cue disappointment and I start huffing around cleaning so everyone knows I’m unhappy. You know… healthy communication.
We repaired, but it got me thinking:
How much of our relationship conflict comes from the gap between what IS happening and what we expected SHOULD be happening?
That’s what we’re talking about this week at Coffee & Connection.
Thursday at 10am CST on Zoom. Come join us! Comment Coffee and Ill send you the link!
