Came to New Jersey thinking I was investing in my business… but left realizing I’m investing in helping more people live the life they want.

This weekend wasn’t about improving clinical skills. It was about growth, leadership, relationships, and building something bigger than ourselves. So thankful for every conversation, every discussion, and the action plans moving forward.

Huge thank you to the team for putting together an incredible weekend and creating such a welcoming environment. It meant the world seeing everyone embrace us bringing our newborn Madden along for the ride.

And most importantly, thankful for my wife for doing this with me and making memories together in NYC while building our future as a family. ❤️

John didn’t need a sales pitch. He heard what we were building and said, “Sign me up.”

No overthinking. No drawn-out decision. Just a guy who knows that high output requires high input and he’s been showing up ever since.

His staff can tell when he skips a Wednesday workout. He’s a little more grumpy. That’s how you know it’s working.

If you’re running a business, leading a team, or just operating at a level most people can’t keep up with — your body is part of the equation.

Can I be honest with you for a second?

I’m a chiropractor. My entire business is built around helping people move better, feel better, and perform at a higher level. And for a long time, I was absolutely terrible at doing that for myself.

Skipping workouts. Ignoring my own pain. Eating whatever was fast. Telling myself I’d prioritize my health once things slowed down. Spoiler: things never slow down.

There’s a saying that the cobbler’s kids have no shoes. For a while, that was me.

At some point I had to get real with myself. Not set a goal. Not make a plan. Make a decision. Those two things are not the same. A goal is something you hope for. A decision is something you act on.

Once I made that decision, everything changed. Energy up. Mental clarity up. The way I show up for my patients, my team, and my family got better.

Here’s what I know now: your body is the engine. Your business, your relationships, your output – all of it runs on that engine. If you keep deferring the maintenance, you don’t get a warning light. You get a breakdown.

That shoulder that’s been bugging you for six months? System error. The workout that keeps getting bumped?
Unplanned downtime. The afternoon fog you’re blaming on your third coffee? Low battery.

You don’t need a perfect plan. You need a decision.
