Caregiver Week may be over, but our appreciation for this incredible team never ends. 💜

This week was all about celebrating the compassionate, dedicated caregivers who make Legato Living feel like home every single day. From themed dress-up days and fun activities to sweet treats and lots of laughter, it was a week filled with smiles and well-deserved recognition.

A huge THANK YOU to Suncrest Hospice - Omaha, NE treating our team and residents to an amazing breakfast on the Blackstone, and to Haven Hospice for bringing refreshing snow cones that everyone enjoyed! Your generosity and support mean so much to our staff.

Whether it’s folding laundry, watering plants, creating art, or helping with everyday tasks, our residents continue doing meaningful activities that feel familiar and fulfilling to them. These moments help keep hands busy, minds engaged, bodies moving, and hearts full while reminding each resident that they are still needed, capable, and important.

We would like to thank the Nebraska Nurse Honor Guard for the lovely tribute ceremony they provided for our sweet resident, Marjorie Gillen in honor of her 65 years of dedicated service and care as a RN. Yep, that’s right. 65 years!!!

Marge celebrated with her wonderful family and friends at Legato Living Five Fountains.

When I say Marge is one of the nicest people you will meet, I truly mean it. She is always smiling and praying for those around her. We are so blessed to know her!! 🩺❤️
