Class Updates:
Hip Hop Class is on break through the summer. We hope you will join Jodie for this fun class when it returns in the fall!

Please note our special events coming up at the end of June and the middle of July. We will need a minimum number of registrants in order to hold these classes.

The AP has a great article about using dance as a way to stay active as you age. Dancing can improve balance, increase mobility, engage the brain, improve mood, and expand your social circle!

Come join one of our weekly dance classes: Belly Dance Cardio on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm or Hip Hop Dance on Thursdays at 6:30 pm!

Medical professionals say that moving to music is a great way for older adults to stay healthier as they age. It doesn't matter what kind of dancing.
