June: Open to doula clients.
July: Open end of the month only.
August: Open for homebirth clients.
September: Open for homebirth clients.
October: Open end of the month for clients.

The postpartum MILK MAKER drink I didn't know I needed

I'm literally obsessed. Since having my second baby, staying hydrated while breastfeeding has been HARD-but this strawberry coconut refresher has been a game changer.

It tastes like a treat, helps with milk supply, and gives me something to look forward to during those 3am feeds when I'm running on fumes.

Recipe:
• 1 cup coconut water (i like the pineapple version)
• 3 tbsp cranberry juice
• 3 tbsp heavy cream
• ¼ tsp vanilla (don't need but adds more flavor)
• Ice
• Cut up strawberries

Blend it up and thank me later
The best part? You can adjust everything to your taste.
